It was a system that could have built around 30,000 new homes for everyday Queenslanders.

The Crisafulli Government is now changing our planning laws by cutting the affordable housing requirements on new developments.

This means developers will no longer have to make 15% of new builds genuinely affordable.

We’ve moved a motion to force the Crisafulli Government to push developers to build homes that Queenslanders can afford.
